As the coronavirus COVID-19 has grown to pandemic level—impacting our daily lives at work and home—we want to share what Canadian Munch is doing to support the safety and well-being of our Customers in which we ship to.
Canadian Munch is closely monitoring the COVID-19 public health emergency, and we’re following all recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and local officials. In many cases, this involves our employees by sending one individual out to source all products with gloves and sanitizing products to stay safe.
It’s important to us that you continue to receive the same level of support you are accustomed to, and we’re confident that with the measures we’ve put in place, we can mitigate this risk together without business disruption. Please be aware that there may be a slight delay picking and shipping your order out, but rest assured we are working around the clock to get orders fulfilled and on it's way to your doorstep.
If problems with COVID-19 change locally, we will adapt promptly by shutting our website down until further notice and refund any outstanding orders that could not be shipped.
